3. Copyright

4. User Responsibilities

5. Fees & Payments

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payments are securely processed through verified providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 5 days before the next billing period.

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly plans: Cancellation within the first 5 days of a billing cycle entitles you to a partial refund. After this period, refunds are not available.
• Annual plans: Cancellation within 14 days of purchase qualifies for a full refund, provided no more than 5 protected contents have been accessed. After this period, refunds are not granted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fiscarynto provides information and learning materials with due care, but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. Any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or non-availability of services is excluded.

8. Termination

Fiscarynto reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without notice if these terms are violated, the service is misused, or payments are not made.

9. Amendments

Fiscarynto may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal or operational updates. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or on the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Zug, Switzerland.
